a labour of love

This is one precious bed and breakfast.

You have almost an entire house for yourself for a very reasonable place in the heart of downtown London.

This place is very well-maintained, and the hostess is always ready to help. She will also give you the use of the kitchen (except oven and toaster for insurance reasons)

This is really a labour of love by a particularly welcoming hostess.

Slience come at no extra charge, but you will have to pay cash for your room ( not very demanding in regards to the modest price asked).

the perfect home away from home!

Wonderful accommodations in a beautiful part of old London.

I travel constantly and was looking for an alternative to hotels and tried Rosneath Bed and Breakfast and was so pleased with the warm welcoming I received that I will never go back to a hotel.

a really good place to stay!

When I first found Rosneath B&B on the Internet, I had no idea how nice it would be.

That’s why I have been back to it three times now and I tell all my friends about it. It is so comfortable and pleasant and it is real value for money.

The owners, Tina and Nik, go out of their way to make you feel so welcome. The rooms are beautiful and restful. There is also delightful sitting room and a dining room as well as a porch out front to watch the world go by. Tina does everything to make sure you have everything you could possibly want. She is so helpful - you could not ask for anything more!

Breakfasts are just right and if you have any special dietary needs, Tina will happily do her best to fix them for you. She also has a wealth of local information to make sure your stay in London is really good.

It’s an easy walk from Rosneath into the city with all its attractions – Victoria Park, restaurants galore, the John Labatt Centre the theatre, and the magnificent library. The University of Western Ontario and the St. Joseph's hospital are also close by.

I have told all my friends about Rosneath – my home from home in London, Ontario. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

This is a really good place to stay.
