Rosneath Bed and Breakfast offers a friendly, casual atmosphere with flexible check-in and check-out. The beautiful, newly renovated, 1894 Victorian home located close to downtown at 779 Waterloo Street is elegant with modern conveniences. It's spacious air-conditioned rooms retain much of the original character. Guest areas on the main floor include a cozy lounge with gas fireplace, bright and spacious dining room, and a veranda with comfortable seating. Our ultimate goal is to provide a wonderful experience so that your stay is pleasant and relaxing and you can look forward to your next visit.

Enjoy an iced tea on the front porch in the summer, a book by the fire in the winter or a good movie at anytime. Rosneath B&B is open all year round and it is a rather special place. It's not just that it is exceedingly comfortable and peaceful... it's home away from home!

    • The Kerr suite is named after Henry Kerr who built and owned the house for 26 years. The room is located on the main level and has a generous ensuite bathroom which includes a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. With a king size bed, flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player, alarm clock/radio, high speed wireless internet and a writing desk, it has all the comforts of home.

    No need to pack your hair dryer as one is provided for you, we also have a ready supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, as well as terrycloth robes. An iron and ironing board are also available.

    The Callender Room is named after the current owners who have restored and owned the house since 2005. The room is located on the main level off the kitchen and has a private 3 piece bathroom outside the guestroom. With a single bed, flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player, alarm clock/radio, high speed wireless internet and a writing desk, it also has all the comforts of home.
